Environments where the volume concentration of toxic gas is greater than 0.1%

Environments where Oxygen content is less than 18% Closed Environments, such as Tanks, Containers etc.

USAGE:

For your personal safety you should choose the appropriate cartridge according to the work

environment. Should you experience breathing difficulty or feel unwell when using the mask, please leave the work environment immediately and replace the cartridge immediately

NEVER use a cartridge that is dirty or damaged

DO NOT use this half face mask and its cartridge in tanks or other closed container work environments

ALWAYS carefully check the respirator components and its cartridge for condition, intactness, damage and sealing BEFORE USE. The cartridge must be well seated in the mask and the mask must be firmly

sealed to your face for it to be effective and provide personal safety CARE:

After using the Respirator, clean with warm water (below 30C) or wipe-clean with Alcohol. Place the Respirator in a ventilated, dry area with a temperature of 0-35C. DO NOT expose to strong Sun Light and/or Fire. DO NOT place/store the Respirator with Acid, Alkali and other toxic substances.

How to install gas filters and particulate filters.

Filters

Turn on the red switch on the right side of the filter box, insert a new filters, and close the filter box. Press firmly on the buckle marked by a triangle;

When you hear a ‘click’, means it’s installed;

Shake the filter box from side to side, if it becomes loose, repeat the second and third steps;

Checks prior to use

Please make sure, that the half mask with the cartridges assembled are suitable for the application. Please make sure, that the half mask with the cartridges assembled are fitted correctly.

Fitting Instructions

• Put the respirator under the chin and over the nose. The narrow part of the facepiece should be located over the nose.

• Pull the crown strap over the head and adjust its placement until it is comfortable .

• Using both hands, hook the lower headband straps together behind the neck. Adjust the headbands by pulling side ways away from the hook and loop.

•Adjust the upper headbands by pulling the downwards from the crown straps.Do not adjust the

headbands or tension at the yoke. Continue adjusting the headbands until a comfortable fit has been obtained. Do not over tighten the respirator to the face.

Fit Check

• Hold the palm of your hand gently over the exhalation valve outlet.
