1. respiratory protection:

4, hand protection:
Spraying contains a variety of chemicals can irritate the skin, long-term contact may lead to dermatitis, should wear appropriate protective gloves.

5, foot protection:
Wear safety shoes that prevent hitting, puncture and slip when working.

Protection Tips:
1.Spraying operators must be trained in safety technology and are not allowed to work without training.

2.Wear protective masks, rubber gloves, eye masks and other protective equipment when entering the workplace.

3.Ventilation and purification in the workplace should meet the requirements of GB 6415, and fireworks are strictly prohibited; High painting operation should comply with "Safety Regulations for high work of Ship Construction". Before the operation, check all the painting equipment and tools thoroughly to make sure that there are no problems before the operation.

4.During the operation, the enterprise should assign special personnel to regularly measure the oxygen content and combustible gas concentration in the air in the closed space. The oxygen content should be above 18%, and the combustible gas concentration should be less than 10% of the lower limit of explosion.

5.At least two or more people should be equipped for the painting operation in the cabin. If the operation place is too small to accommodate only one person, another person should be responsible for supervision.

6.Multiple spray guns working at the same time must be separated (about 5m), and spray in the same direction according to a certain.

7.For special coating operation, the spraying equipment and hoses should be managed by special personnel. In case of any malfunction or abnormality of the equipment, the personnel in the cabin should be informed to leave the cabin and the maintenance personnel should check and repair the equipment.

8.High pressure jet and leakage of airless spray paint will lead to serious injury accidents.

 During operation, it should be done: at any time, the nozzle of the spray gun is not allowed to face others and themselves; 

                                                           B. Do not touch the nozzle with your fingers or peer into the muzzle of the gun; 

                                                           C. When cleaning the spray gun, it is necessary to cut off the pump driving source, release the pressure, and make the safety device sold to the spray gun before cleaning; 

                                                           D. Fasten the safety latch when the spray gun is out of use.

9.After the completion of the operation, the spray gun must be withdrawn from the cabin in time, the workplace should be cleaned up, and the remaining paint and solvent should be sent back to the warehouse in time, and it is not allowed to be put randomly; Continue to ventilate until the film is completely cured.
